I got off our call and couldn't stop smiling, so I'll say it plainly: I think this is the one. I've been so particular about partners that I've turned almost everyone down — but five minutes in, it stopped feeling like a meeting and started feeling like finding the other half of the same idea.
our names literally match. come on.
We're not two brands negotiating. You've built a home for 42,400 women — a page that lands you in a city before you've arrived. I've been building the app underneath it: a sapphic safe space, a verification wall that keeps the room right, and the data that tells us what our people actually need. You move in the lane I can't. I move in the one you've been waiting on.
"This is an experience. A moment. Something you go home to and say — hey, that felt good."— which is exactly how I felt after we hung up
And we already believe the same things. You hand people trinkets so they remember the night; I keep cameras to paid shooters so nobody gets outed. You walk the room asking how the drinks were; I track the whole market so we build on facts, not vibes. Same heart, different tools — which is the whole reason this works.
01Who does what
What you carry, what I carry
I'm not putting you in a lane you don't want to drive. Here's each side — what we're great at, and what we'd each actually deliver.

put both hands together — that's the feast 🤍
02How it works
A flat model. No crown bigger than another.
Equally yoked
No "I'll cover this, you owe me." We map a campaign together, lock in, and move — if we grow, we grow together.
You drive the room, I drive the reach
You own the experience and the community; I own the marketing, the platform, and the doors. Clear lanes, no stepping on toes.
Two ways into every city
Wherever we land there are naturally two events: one centered on Black community, one collective and diverse. We choose per city, together.
Informal first, on purpose
No contracts or titles right now. We build trust through the first event, then add structure only if and when it earns its place.
03The pilot
Our first dance: a kickback at 808.
Not glitz — community. An intimate kickback in Houston at 808: vinyl everywhere, room to breathe, a soft corner for anyone who gets overstimulated. A real test of the partnership before we scale anything.
the format —
📍 808 · Houston🎶 vinyl & kickback energy📸 paid photographers only👗 lookbook dress code📵 no outing🤝 She & HER booth
You run
The room, the production, the branding, the merch table.
I run
The marketing push, the booth, the data we pull from the night.
What success looks like
The energy lands, the room feels safe — and we walk away with the data to scale it city to city.
04What happens when
The road, starting now.
tap any step to open it
this weekWine, before I leave Friday+
Drinks in person before I head out — a little Pacino or Graffiti Lounge moment — so the energy's matched face to face, not just on a screen.
June 28 · NYC PrideWe say it loud, together+
We launch as the VIP Powder Room host at NYC Pride. While I'm there I'll mention and tag you and give y'all a real shout-out — reach your way too. And a mutual post: both our pages telling the room we're in partnership, same day, tagging each other. Nothing formal — just two names that match, telling everybody.
right awayThe group chat+
Jeanette starts the group chat; you add us to your collab channel so updates flow both ways — no bottlenecks, no waiting on each other.
after PrideIn person, then we build+
We sit down, you tell me exactly what you want out of that first kickback, and we lock the 808 date. Then we make it.
05The long game
And then — everywhere.
Wherever I go, I build the relationship first — so when you're ready to bring She + Her Society somewhere new, the city's already warm and waiting on you to build it out. And I want to go where nobody else is looking, not just the same four cities everyone crowds into.
No. Nothing formal right now — no titles, no paperwork. Two aligned brands deciding to move together and seeing how the first night feels.
What's the very first thing?
Wine this week, a mutual partnership post + a shout-out at NYC Pride on June 28, then we plan the 808 kickback together after Pride.
Who does what?
You drive the room — events, branding, community, merch. I drive the reach — marketing, the app, the data, and the network that opens doors.
What do we each get?
You get amplification, tech, and a network to plug into. I get experiential muscle and a community that already trusts you. Equally yoked — we both eat.
What does it cost us?
No money changes hands to start. We each bring our own muscle to the pilot; if the first event proves out, we map the economics together from there.
So… let's lock in.
